Creating 3D models of historical objects and 3D printing of tactile matrices for visually impaired people. AComIn participated in an exhibition devoted to the Battle of Pavia in 1525. Recently, seven tapes (9x4 meters) were created with different characters and scenes, which today are very famous (and invaluable) testimonies of the event. Together with the University of Pavia, 3D models from 2D sources were created - tapestry figures that were printed on a 3D printer to reproduce scenes from tapestries. For the visually impaired, tactile matrices - 3D relief patterns of each tapestry with protruding contours, Braille symbols inside the figures, and Braille content annotation were created. The exhibition was part of the World Expo 2015 in Milan. A book (in English and Italian) was published on innovation in this work.
